Yes, each apartment is wired for cable and internet- like electrical service, you simply need to have it turned
on in your name.
What will it cost for these utilities each month?
Cable/internet generally range from $50 to $100

Is there parking?
Yes, we have several private lots to accommodate all tenants
What does parking cost?
It varies depending on where you park
The cost ranges from free to $100 per semester
Is the lot plowed?
Yes, we provide all snow removal
Furnishings
What Furnishings come with the Apartment?
Each Bedroom has a full size bed, dresser, and a desk and chair.
The living rooms have a couch and coffee table and a TV stand
There is either a table and chairs or an eat-at counter for each kitchen
Can I bring my own Furniture?
Yes, we will remove any item of furniture you need removed.
Do I need to bring Lights?
Each room has its’ own ceiling light; but you may want to bring a desk lamp.
What appliances come with each apartment?

Do I need to buy the “blue bags”?
No, trash is included in the rent, you simply need to take your trash to the dumpster

What if I need something fixed?
We have a maintenance person on site each week day and on call on the weekends

When is my rent due?
A portion of your rent is due prior to the start of each semester, the balance is due 30 days from the start of the
semester if you are receiving financial aid
